CombiDERM ACD® dressing is an absorbent dressing that is made up of three main parts: an absorbent hydrocolloid adhesive, a central absorbent island pad and gel forming polyacrylate granules. The super absorbent granules act to absorb, gel and hold exudate away from the skin. This helps to create a moist wound healing environment. CombiDERM ACD® dressing retains exudate even under pressure helping prevent maceration and allowing longer wear time . The outer polyurethane film layer is waterproof and bacterial resistant.
