Mepore® Film is a self-adhesive film dressing perfect for use as a secondary fixation over hydrogel or alginate dressings. It is also suitable for a variety of clean wounds in the granulation phase.

The air-permeable design prevents wound maceration and helps maintain a moist environment. Mepore Film is easy to apply, even while wearing gloves, and its transparent nature allows clear visibility of the area surrounding the wound. The dressing provides gentle fixation with a water-based, solvent-free adhesive and acts as a viral and bacterial barrier. Its conformable and flexible fabric supports comfortable body movement.
