Easy Rehabilitation In Clinic or At Home
Metron Exercise Bands are used for rehabilitation and strengthening of joints and the musculature system. Metron Exercise Bands can be used throughout the rehabilitation process as they are available in varying grades of resistance, from Light to XX-Extra Firm. Band colour delineates resistance level: light colours = light resistance, dark colours = heavy resistance.

Typical Rehabilitation Program
A typical rehabilitation program will include inversion, exversion, plantarflexion and dorsiflexion.

Typical Rehabilitation Session
A typical session will involve 3 – 5 sets of 15 repetitions. Sessions should only progress at the tolerance of the patient. If swelling or pain persists, step down on the reps/sets/resistance.
